Spring Thaw
Spring Thaw is the Northwest Bears annual bear run held in April. Hundreds of bears from all over the world attended this fun-filled event. Look for updated information for next year's event at www.springthaw.org.
Seattle Pride March
The Seattle Gay Pride March is held in Downtown Seattle in June. Depending on events, The Northwest Bears plan to participate and show the people of Seattle and the Puget Sound area our pride and make the Bears visible in our community.
Kamp Kodiak
Come see what bears really do in the woods! Kamp Kodiak is the Northwest Bears' annual summer campout, held at the Miller River Campground. Typically held the end of July or beginning of August. Look for updated information on the Kamp Kodiak page.
The Bears at Wild Waves
The Northwest Bears' yearly trek to Wild Waves is scheduled for August. Watch the Events Calendar for dates. Come on and have some wet fun in the sun (or rain)! It is an all day event starting whenever you show up and lasting until the park closes.
Club Anniversary
The October Potluck is when the Northwest Bears celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the club. The first club meeting was held on October 20th, 1990.
Mr. Northwest Bear and Cub Contest
The Mr. Northwest Bear and Mr. Northwest Cub contest is held at the November Potluck. Contestant applications can be found in the Yahoo! Groups Files area.
