Holiday White Elephant Gift Exchange

This Holiday Social features an optional Holiday White Elephant Gift Exchange. If you’d like to participate, bring a fun, funny, or naughty wrapped gift for exchanging, and you will get one in in return. It is a lot of fun to participate. Please, a $5-$10 limit suggested cost, or a tasteful or tacky selection from your hidden treasures at home.

The Northwest Bears will also be collecting toys for the Toys for Tots program during the potluck. Please feel free to bring a new, unwrapped toy.

Having gifts under the Christmas tree is something that we may take for granted, for many families and children are not as fortunate, as they face economic hardship. The Toys for Tots program helps remedy this — while providing some inspiration over the holidays — by collecting and distributing toys to needy children.

Holiday Potluck

This year we are again having a family style potluck buffet. What that means for you is, to please bring a favorite dish that you would like to share.

T.J. and James will bring turkey.

If you're not sure what you'd like to bring, a few thematic suggestions for other dishes include:

oDressing/ Stuffing (made with Veg stock -no meat/turkey please so more folks can enjoy)

oCranberry Sauce

oDinner Rolls

oSweet potatoes/ yams

oGreen Beans/ Green Bean Casserole

oCasseroles- a good Potluck item

oVegetarian selections as well- Salads, Casseroles, Entrees-Those that enjoy items from that menu know what to bring.

...and of course our ever popular Dessert Selections.
